QUALITY POLICY

The director of the organization “LOGISTIC & CONSULTING POINT” DOO from Novi Sad and all employees are determined to continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard in the field of transportation of food and non-food products and raw materials for the production of animal feed “LOGISTIC & CONSULTING POINT” DOO from Novi Sad, and these QMS elements are set as imperative when defining the quality policy.

Our Policy is:

– detailed determination of the requirements, needs and expectations of the users with the presentation of the relevant normative regulation and the available possibilities of the organization in connection with the fulfillment of the requirements, with the tendency of market expansion;

– in the process of providing services, strictly adhere to the applicable legal regulations, standards and adopted norms, ensuring for the user/client safety and quality according to the highest European standards, allowing the user insight into work processes with continuous evaluation of quality;

– establishing an appropriate value system that meets the needs and expectations of employees, motivating them at the same time;

– planning the provision of highly qualified personnel and continuous training of employees;

– procurement of modern work equipment as well as quality maintenance of the existing one;

– development of the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the strategic goals of the organization and world trends;

– developing environmental awareness among employees as well as awareness of the importance of environmental management;

– developing employees’ awareness of the importance of climate change (how it affects the organization’s operations and how the organization affects them);

This approach to quality and safety with an orientation to the client, employees and the social community as a whole, with constant improvements, including process quality improvements with immediate evaluation by users, creates the basis for more efficient business and the creation of a material basis for the development of the organization “LOGISTIC & CONSULTING POINT ” DOO, Novi Sad Novi Sad and improving the quality of life of all employees and relevant stakeholders. In this sense, the Management decided to establish and implement a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and their continuous improvement, assuming a leadership role in this, at the same time expecting from all employees a proactive and creative contribution within the limits of their powers, competences and abilities. .

By implementing this outlined policy, we fulfill the vision of “LOGISTIC & CONSULTING POINT” DOO, Novi Sad in improving the quality of business as well as the quality of life in the environment in which we operate, with the tendency to introduce new approaches, methodologies and tools, in the interest of the owners, all employees and the social community as a whole .
